Our Tender Ready service was designed to make the procurement process fairer and more accessible. We recognised that tenders were often only awarded to larger companies, with more experienced and knowledgeable teams. The Tender Ready programme was created to ensure that businesses of all sizes could compete.
During the Tender Ready service, a senior bid representative will deliver two hours of mentoring to develop your bid or no-bid strategy.
The package also includes the writing and design of two case studies and two CVs for you to use in future bids. Not only will this give you four documents that are ready to go, but it also allows you to see the standard of writing required to be successful.
You can then identify two bids of interest and our senior consultants will create a bid plan for each. This will help you see what’s involved, assess the bid’s viability and understand how to approach the responses. A sensibility clause is attached to the size of the bid we can plan.
When bidding for public sector tenders, social value questions now hold a 10% weighting in the evaluation. The Tender Ready package includes four hours of social value mentoring to make sure you’re prepared to answer those important questions.
To speed up the process in the future, we will also include 10 templates of policies you are likely to be asked to provide. These policies are easily adaptable for the needs of your business.
The support doesn’t end there! Our consultants will write 5,000 words towards a bid you’re struggling with. This may be enough to complete a whole bid or sections of a more complex bid.
