After a brief time away, Hudson Outsourcing is delighted to welcome back a much-valued member of our global team — Joshua Smith, who has rejoined the company as Marketing Manager.
Joshua has been an integral part of Hudson’s story for nearly five years, contributing to the success and visibility of our brands across multiple sectors. His creative vision, strategic mindset, and ability to bring ideas to life have made him a trusted voice within the business — and we couldn’t be happier to see him return at such an exciting time for the company.
This year, Hudson Outsourcing has set ambitious growth targets across its global operations. With new and evolving divisions such as Big Sister, and the new and improved Healthcare Tenders, as well as Navigate, Joshua’s return strengthens our leadership team at a critical moment in our expansion.
As Marketing Manager, Joshua will play a central role in driving forward our international growth, developing campaigns that tell the story of our brands, and ensuring that Hudson continues to stand out as a global leader in business development, bid management, and AI-driven innovation.
He will also support the adoption of AI across our divisions, helping to enhance how we communicate, market, and deliver value to clients around the world. By integrating technology with creativity, Joshua will help Hudson continue to lead the way in how modern business development agencies operate.
Working closely with our CEO and senior leadership team, Joshua will focus on strengthening Hudson’s position in the United States, where the company continues to see strong demand for its services. His work will ensure that our marketing and brand strategies evolve in step with the scale of our growth, both operationally and geographically.
